Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with ownership of complex products or platforms.
• Deep experience with data models, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Proven track record in data cleanup and migration initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile tools.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience in entertainment/media industries beneficial.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand complex systems.
• Able to translate vision into actionable plans at strategic and tactical levels.

Responsibilities

• Set vision for modernizing core systems and drive multi-year product roadmap.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for key technology platforms and features.
• Partner with senior leadership to evolve foundational platforms and tools.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations shaping investments.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with agents, executives, and engineering.
• Guide UX/UI teams to translate requirements into product flows.
• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for initiatives.
• Own backlogs, roadmaps, KPIs, and oversee prioritization and trade-offs.
• Coordinate major releases and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor performance and feedback, run experiments to optimize.
