Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead platform strategy and execution to enable Capital One to drive onboarding and adoption.
• Create a long-term roadmap for the platform that supports a broader enterprise vision and industry trends.
• Partner with Lines of Business to define and build reusable platform capabilities to support multiple Financial Products across the company.
• Lead the development of a user-friendly experience that enables Lines of Business to create and innovate on Financial Products on the platform.
• Drive the platform agenda to adhere to our Enterprise Platform and Operational Excellence standards.
• Ensure the platform meets the requisite risk and compliance requirements.
• Determine the optimal platform answers with our Tech Partners that solves for business need and engineering best practices.
