Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Platform Procurement Program Manager in Secaucus, NJ to optimize supply and demand for PCBAs and related materials. You will drive end-to-end procurement, negotiating terms and coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Lead supplier performance, manage purchase orders and inventory levels, and align purchasing with production needs while pursuing cost improvements and lead-time reductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of purchasing/procurement experience in electronics or related manufacturing.
• Understanding of PCBA, electronic components, BOMs, and electronics manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and purchasing workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and production requirements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of server PCBAs, electronic components, and related materials.
• Issue and manage purchase orders with pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and terms.
• Monitor supplier commitments and address shortages and delays.
• Collaborate with Material Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
• Review MRP/ERP requirements and convert demand into purchase orders.
• Maintain inventory levels while minimizing excess.
