Job description

Us: Born out of a passion for fairness and incredible experiences, Tixel is changing the game. We’re a rapidly growing ticket marketplace transforming live entertainment and making a real impact by giving fans fearless flexibility to discover and access events they love.

Our mission? To become the world’s most trusted live event marketplace.

You: You’re a commercially minded partnerships operator who thrives at the intersection of relationships, strategy and execution.

You’ve worked in platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS environments where partnerships are a core growth lever. You’re confident leading commercial conversations, structuring partnership plans, and aligning multiple stakeholders around shared goals.

You know how to turn partnerships into measurable outcomes. You build trust externally, create clarity internally, and bring structure to complex, cross‑functional initiatives.

You’re excited by ownership. You enjoy building scalable partnership programs, refining how things work, and contributing to the evolution of a growing global function.

Role Mission

Platform Partnerships are a core growth engine for Tixel.

This role is responsible for building and scaling partnerships with primary ticketing providers and other distribution platforms including marketing, fan engagement, CRM and event discovery platforms that bring supply, traffic and long‑term value into the Tixel ecosystem.

You will manage and grow existing partner relationships, help identify and progress new partnership opportunities, and ensure integrations and partnership launches translate into real commercial impact. Working closely with regional Commercial teams, Product and Engineering, you’ll help ensure platform partnerships are aligned to market priorities and global strategy.

The Gig
Drive & Grow Strategic Platform Partnerships
  • Build and manage partnership plans across primary ticketing providers and other strategic distribution platforms across the US and other core markets.
  • Own ongoing strategic relationships with key partner stakeholders.
  • Define joint goals, success metrics and review cadence, ensuring partnerships consistently deliver commercial impact.
  • Identify underperformance and implement clear action plans to improve results.
  • Proactively surface new partnership opportunities across ticketing, marketing, fan engagement and discovery platforms.
Orchestrate Integration & Launch Success
  • Oversee the rollout of partner integrations, ensuring clear scope, timelines and accountability across internal and external teams.
  • Work closely with Product and Integration teams to align commercial requirements with technical delivery.
  • Coordinate go‑live readiness and ensure integrations translate into adoption, referrals and measurable outcomes.
Partner with Commercial teams to Drive Activation
  • Operate as a shared growth engine with regional Commercial teams, aligning on pipeline prioritisation, launch strategy and partner activation.
  • Support joint enablement initiatives, including training, playbooks and activation workflows.
  • Maintain a strong feedback loop between partners, Commercial teams and internal teams to continuously improve performance.
Build Scalable Partnership Programs
  • Design clear referral and activation motions that partner teams can easily follow.
  • Develop practical enablement resources that reduce friction and increase partner‑led growth.
  • Use performance data and qualitative insights to iterate and refine partnership models over time.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience building and managing programmatic partnerships.
  • Comfortable designing systems, not just managing relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow partner relationships end‑to‑end - from onboarding and integration through to activation and performance optimization.
  • Able to work cross‑functionally and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
  • Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to define success metrics, identify growth levers, and translate partnerships into measurable revenue impact.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can influence internal teams and external partners alike.
  • Curious, adaptable and comfortable operating with autonomy while staying aligned to global strategy.
  • Data‑literate and outcomes‑focused - able to interpret performance signals and continuously improve how partnerships operate.
Nice to have
  • Experience working with platforms, SaaS ecosystems, or marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with referral, platform, or ecosystem partnership models.
  • Passion for live events, music, or entertainment (industry experience not required).
Why you'll love it here
  • You’ll be a part of a fast‑paced, high‑energy team aligned with the love of music and live events.
  • Real ownership: your work will directly shape the future of Tixel’s product and growth.
  • We work hard, but we have fun. Otherwise, what's the point?
  • We’re committed to building a team that embraces diverse perspectives and creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.
  • We’re proud of the fact we are family‑friendly and have a flexible work environment with our HQ based in Melbourne, Australia and growing teams in the UK and the US.
  • You’ll get an extra personal day off every month, affectionately known as TDOs (Tixel Day Off).
  • We offer a monthly ticket allowance because live gigs are awesome and we want you testing the product as much as possible.
  • We will invest in your development with access to a ‘level‑up’ allowance and make it our priority to help you achieve your career objectives.
Give it a shot
  • Feeling like you don't tick every box? Stop right there! You’re probably selling yourself short. We're on the hunt for hidden gems, so throw your hat in the ring and let's see what you've got.
  • Here at Tixel, we believe that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) is key to achieving our mission, which means we are dedicated to making our hiring fair, unbiased and inclusive. So, if you're from a background that's not seen enough in our industry – whether you're female, gender diverse, neurodiverse, a person of colour, part of the LGBTQIA+ family, or any underrepresented star – we're especially keen to hear from you.
