Job summary

Little Dot Studios is seeking a Platform Manager to guide the Social Video Services team and oversee day-to-day project execution. You will act as the main contact for clients, run client calls, and contribute to platform strategy and growth.

The role requires project management, strong organization, time management, and experience with YouTube and related analytics. This position is based in Los Angeles and offers a range of benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–2 years of YouTube experience preferred.
• Experience with Google, Microsoft, and Apple productivity apps (Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Design and digital video experience (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Proficiency in YouTube Analytics.
• Familiarity with project management software (Asana, Airtable).
• Knowledge of digital communications tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Interest and experience with YouTube and other social platforms.
• Experience managing direct reports and communicating with managers.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools; share learnings.

Responsibilities

• Create channel reporting and perform analysis with SPS support.
• Lead client meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
• Review copy for YouTube titles and descriptions.
• Assist with deck creation and copywriting.
• Oversee team operations and content calendar.
• Oversee content calendar and video edits.
• Coordinate with editors to QC channel content.
• Communicate with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide recommendations on overall channel strategy.
• Manage a coordinator and delegate tasks.
