Goldman Sachs Asset Management is seeking a candidate to support Platform Management within Fund Management and Employee Funds teams in New York, NY. You will lead daily liquidity planning, assist with capital activity, NAV reviews, investor reporting, and the rollout of new employee investment initiatives.

• 1-2 years of experience in a financial services setting.
• Strong analytical orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily liquidity management and prepare forecasts to evaluate current and projected funding needs.
• Develop liquidity recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders to execute capital activity and leverage facility actions.
• Conduct attribution analysis to break down historical portfolio returns and drive improvements in performance and risk management.
• Monitor investment guidelines and concentration limits, evaluate investment pacing, and analyze investable capital across funds.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on fundraising and fund structure creation.
• Track, report, and analyze detailed performance metrics.
• Oversee day-to-day management of employee funds, including liquidity management, investor communications, and NAVs.
• Lead launches of new employee investment opportunities, from structuring and marketing materials through legal documentation and onboarding.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and drive ad hoc projects, including fund restructurings and tax initiatives.
