Job summary

Exol is seeking an Engineering Lead to spearhead development of scalable digital applications. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of software engineering experience, including 6+ years in leadership roles, and strong expertise in microservices and API-first design.

This role requires collaboration across time zones and cultures, in addition to a robust background in supply chain logistics. Candidates should be comfortable overseeing distributed teams and ensuring alignment with engineering best practices.

The position may involve up to 25% travel, and candidates must manage personal expenses, which are reimbursed bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in software engineering, with 6+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience scaling enterprise-grade digital platforms.
• Strong expertise in microservices and API-first design.
• Experience leading distributed engineering organizations.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or operational platforms.
• Experience in cloud-native environments (GCP preferred).

Responsibilities
