A background in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating production infrastructure and backend systems.
• Strong experience in cloud infrastructure or distributed backend systems.
• Ability to work across both platform and infrastructure domains.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core infrastructure powering Rox agents.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and observability of distributed systems.
• Develop systems for real-time context ingestion and low-latency retrieval.
