The Platform Finance Manager will provide financial leadership for a multi-functional business platform leadership team consisting of a VP/GM plus commercial, technical, operational/project management, product management, and supply chain professionals and/or managers. You will be responsible for driving execution of the financial planning, analysis and forecasting processes for the platform(s) ensuring speed, accuracy, quality and efficiency with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, project and product plans and variance analysis, reporting of business results and capital and resource allocation.
This role will play a key platform leadership role in managing financial performance and implementing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will partner with the business line leader(s), Business Group Finance Director and the CECO FP&A team and deploy financial management initiatives and policies within the platform(s). You will also identify trends and developments in business performance and present findings and recommendations to platform and executive management.
This position will report directly to the Business Group Finance Director, and collaborate with its peers in platform financial positions in other regions and platforms, with platform management team, and with the CECO VP, FP&A.
This role can be based in Addison, TX, Houston, TX, or Austin, TX.
Travel may be required.
