Job summary

Matrix42 is seeking a platform-focused product leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our platform experiences—across service, asset, and endpoint management. This high-ownership role shapes how admins configure, developers extend, and end users interact with the platform.

You will drive the platform toolkit, extensibility with APIs, and AI-driven workflows, serving end users, admins, and developers while collaborating with product, design, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Design for end users, admins, and developers as distinct users with distinct needs.
• Strong collaboration with design and engineering to deliver platform experiences.
• Ability to communicate across C-level, sales, and engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform toolkit end-to-end: dashboards, reports, layouts, components, service desk experiences, and the workflow designer that powers connected workflows across products.
• Sharpen the connected workflows concept across multiple products, systems, and personas.
• Drive the extensibility model: APIs, integrations, and how partners and customers extend the platform.
• Shape AI as an active layer in the platform — agentic workflows that configure and orchestrate across the environment.
• Serve three distinct personas well: end users, admins, and developers.
• Enable the platform to power all Matrix42 product lines with a coherent, opinionated experience.
• Partner with product experience, engineering, and adjacent product teams that consume the platform.
• Define success metrics around adoption, configurability, time-to-value, and platform stickiness.
