Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT delivery with 3+ years hands-on AI/ML and data engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and big data tooling
• Experience designing and evaluating ML models and reusable libraries

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of solutions across data and AI use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven workflows
• Promote security, compliance, and explainability in deployments
• Establish reusable frameworks and scalable components
• Model complex investment data concepts across NAV, positions, transactions, and reference data
• Define data architecture patterns for fund accounting, custody, and reference data
• Balance domain knowledge with engineering discipline in architecture decisions
