Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering or staff level roles.
- Strong Java/Spring Boot experience and REST API design.
- Experience with distributed systems and real‑time data processing.
- Proven track record leading architecture across multiple teams.
- Hands‑on mobile SDK experience (Kotlin/Swift) is a plus.
- Experience with multi‑region active/active and DR design.
Responsibilities
- Lead decomposition of a large Spring Boot service into domain services.
- Deliver scalable infrastructure and cloud‑native architectures.
- Oversee full SDLC, including testing, deployment, and incident response.
- Architect AI‑enhanced applications for millions of users.
- Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with product, vendors and app teams on SLAs and rollout plans.
- Improve observability and runbooks for operational excellence.
- Design and evolve multi‑tenant capabilities and APIs.
