Salary range for this role is $200,000 - $230,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in platform engineering or related roles, with significant AWS experience.
• 5+ years in multi-team leadership roles managing managers and large charters.
• Demonstrated ownership of platform roadmaps and improvements in reliability and cost.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year platform engineering strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead AWS platform architecture and shared services for application workloads.
• Drive standardization on IaC frameworks for AWS and platform components.
