Job summary

NS2 Mission in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and platform services that power mission-critical applications.

You will automate deployments, manage Kubernetes and Helm, use Terraform and Ansible/Puppet, and push for DevSecOps across the environment while collaborating with development, operations, and security teams. Candidates must be able to obtain U.S. security clearance and citizenship.

Job description

Build the secure, scalable infrastructure that powers mission success. NS2 Mission is seeking a Platform Engineer to support our team in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you'll design, implement, and maintain the cloud infrastructure and platform services that enable mission-critical applications to operate securely and efficiently. Working closely with development and operations teams, you'll help automate deployments, optimize system performance, and drive modern DevSecOps practices across the environment. • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Position Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with an FSP Salary and Benefits Information: The salary range for this position is $131,644.00 to $190,789.00 . The proposed range is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, location, and contractual considerations and may fall outside of the stated range.
