Speakeasy provides the AI control plane for enterprises, enabling secure scaling of AI usage by centrally managing MCPs, Skills, and Assistants across the organization.

About the Role

This is a unique, high‑impact opportunity to work on an early product with a fast‑moving team that has delivered on similar projects. You’ll collaborate directly with founders and customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Identify architectural changes to improve reliability, performance and availability.
• Foster a culture of reliability across the engineering organization.
• Design and implement key operational processes such as deployments, upgrades, rollbacks, and post‑mortem review.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and respond to production incidents.
• Build monitoring systems that ensure the highest quality service for our customers.
• Debug production issues across all services and levels of the stack.

Qualifications

• Desire to work with a talent‑dense team of ex‑founders and domain experts across various developer tools, languages, and infrastructure.
• Ownership excitement across the full software lifecycle: development, shipping, support, infrastructure maintenance, and measuring impact.
