Wispr in San Francisco is seeking a Platform Engineer focused on product security to own the end-to-end security of Flow's platform. You will prioritize threats and architect defenses that keep user data safe as the product scales to hundreds of millions of users.

You’ll work with Python, FastAPI, WorkOS, Supabase auth, AWS, Terraform, and Gitleaks, shaping secure surfaces early and guiding design reviews while balancing speed and risk. Remote-friendly, visa sponsorship available.

We think the best work happens in person. Most of the team is here five days a week, and a few do three or four days depending on family or long commutes.* **If you're remote:** we're open to remote for most roles. We fly remote teammates to SF for three to four days a month and coordinate those weeks so everyone overlaps.
