Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an experienced Data Engineering professional to advance shared platform capabilities on Palantir Foundry. You will build scalable data pipelines, governance tools, and automated workflows across multiple projects, ensuring data quality and secure handling of sensitive information.

You will collaborate with governance, operations, product and engineering teams to translate needs into robust platform solutions and enable informed decision-making for the client.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years hands-on experience developing data, application, workflow, automation, or platform solutions within Palantir Foundry.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry tools and components to build reusable platform capabilities.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL with data pipelines and automations.

Responsibilities

• Create reusable platform capabilities supporting multiple projects and teams.
• Build governance, monitoring, logging, and portfolio views to improve visibility and reduce risk.
• Develop automations to streamline governance reviews, approvals, and data quality checks.
• Support detection and monitoring of sensitive data.
• Coordinate across projects to identify conflicts and opportunities for reuse.
• Review technical approaches and provide recommendations on architecture and scalability.
• Translate business needs into practical platform solutions with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify data quality issues and advise on remediation.
• Support client relationships and contribute to proposals and demonstrations.
