Job summary

Triomics is seeking a platform/infrastructure engineer to own backend services and cloud infrastructure. You will manage Kubernetes, GPU node management for model serving, and end-to-end production deployments across Triomics and customer environments.

You will also implement observability, ship backend features, and collaborate with offshore teams to ensure scalable, stable operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a platform/infrastructure engineer at a startup or growth-stage company.
• Strong backend engineering: design, build, and ship production services.
• Comfortable across cloud (AWS or Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, networking, monitoring.
• Experience managing production deployments and debugging across app and infrastructure layers.
• Ability to context-switch between writing product code and infra/ops work.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship infrastructure services powering the product - document pipelines, application logic, and platform features.
• Own cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines across Triomics and customer environments (AWS, Azure).
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, containerized services, CI/CD, and GPU node management for model serving.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and observability across production deployments - catch pipeline failures and data quality issues.
• Debug and resolve production issues end-to-end - from application-layer bugs to infrastructure failures.
• Collaborate with offshore engineering teams on architecture decisions, code reviews, and production stability.
