Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented analyst to support the automation systems that drive product movement through our distribution center. This weekend-shift role (Friday–Sunday) focuses on maintaining equipment reliability for conveyors, sortation, scanners, AS/RS, and robotic systems, collaborating with senior analysts and DC leadership.

You will work to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, document findings, and support ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Experience with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) integration.
Familiarity with material handling, conveyors, sortation, and automated equipment.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ticket-management skills.
Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt in a fast-paced DC environment.
Capable of supporting incident review and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Support automation systems that drive product movement in the distribution center.
Maintain equipment reliability and operational performance for conveyors, scanners, AS/RS, and robots.
Collaborate with DC leadership and senior analysts on day-to-day operations and projects.
Provide site/field reports, track issues, and assist with testing and emulation activities.
