Poly is looking for talented engineers to join their team in San Francisco. As part of a small group of innovators, you'll help shape a groundbreaking file storage platform, focusing on robust cloud architecture and advanced AI functionalities.

The ideal candidates have experience with software design and a passion for Rust programming, along with a keen interest in data systems and collaboration. This role requires in-person work five days a week in SoMa.

Qualifications

• Experience designing a globally distributed, highly available file storage service.
• Core knowledge of database schemas that are efficient and flexible.
• Interest in data modeling, cache design, and fault tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Develop the cloud architecture to manage files quickly and at scale.
• Refine the AI system to enable advanced searches for users.
