You will shape platform reliability, be at the forefront of AI-native workflow design, and work with a talented team tackling intricate, production-grade challenges.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, networking, and cloud architecture.
• Security as a first-class platform concern, with secrets management, IAM, and supply chain security.
• History of infrastructure-as-code and self-service tooling to reduce toil.

Responsibilities

• Own the most complex platform work — permissions, authentication, enterprise integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and API management.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to design platform capabilities, resolve production incidents, and translate engineering pain points into infrastructure solutions.
• Set the standard for platform reliability, lead infrastructure code reviews, define SLOs, and drive observability improvements.
• Define our AI-first patterns for platform engineering — from AI-assisted runbooks to automated incident triage.
