Adaptive Solutions Group is seeking a Platform Engineer specializing in Cloud Security to join our team in the St. Louis area.

This hands-on role will address encryption and infrastructure security gaps across cloud services, applications, and containerized environments. You will implement encryption at rest and in transit, manage keys, and support CI/CD security across multi-cloud and Kubernetes environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud infrastructure engineering and infrastructure security experience.
• Experience implementing encryption at rest and encryption in transit.
• Knowledge of PKI, key management, and AWS KMS.
• Experience using Kubernetes and Linux environments.
• Experience using Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Programming experience with Python, Scala, or TypeScript.
• CI/CD experience and security automation.
• Strong cloud security practices and infrastructure security knowledge.

Platform Engineer Cloud Security

Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas. We are currently looking for a Platform Engineer specializing in Cloud Security to join our team. This hands-on role will address encryption and infrastructure security gaps across cloud services, applications, and containerized environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement encryption-at-rest controls across cloud and service infrastructure.


• Design and implement encryption-in-transit solutions.


• Support key management and key rotation initiatives.


• Develop, modify, and test application and infrastructure code.


• Build and deploy encryption-related security enhancements.
