Job summary

BTI360 is seeking Platform Engineers to join a growing team focused on scalable, secure cloud-native infrastructure and DevOps practices. You will design, build, and maintain platforms that empower development teams to deploy and monitor mission-critical applications with CI/CD, IaC, and security.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required at time of application.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions preferred, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodeBuild).
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable software in containerized AWS environments with IAM, networking, and foundational services.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform (preferred) and CloudFormation to enable automated deployments.
• Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes; strong scripting (Bash, Python) and GitOps with ArgoCD.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Lean Agile environment to build delivery environments for production apps.
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality and delivery speed.
• Design and develop cloud-native infrastructure supporting microservices and data platforms.
• Develop platform capabilities to enable development teams to build, deploy, and monitor apps efficiently.
• Collaborate across software, security, and operations for reliability and compliance with federal standards.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines for repeatable deployments.
