Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Platform Engineer to lead configuration, testing, and rollout of Five9 solutions. You will serve as a technical resource across multiple customer projects, performing requirements gathering, training, and integration work with CRM systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.

The role requires strong communication skills and readiness for a permanent night shift, with opportunities to work on advanced IVR and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Professional Services Implementation and configuration in a cloud/telephony environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of hosted SaaS, VoIP, IVR, and Call Center best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, configuration, product training, testing, and production rollout.
• Build trust by aligning customer needs with Five9 solutions.
• Provide technical guidance across multiple projects concurrently.
• Handle integrations with Five9 partners (Salesforce, NetSuite, Velocity) and APIs.
