Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an INFOPS Engineer to support and evolve internal IT platforms, focusing on Kubernetes-based systems and automated developer workflows. You will work closely with senior engineers and partner teams, contributing to platform upgrades, incident response, and documentation.

The role emphasizes platform engineering, GitOps practices, and AI-assisted workflows within a collaborative engineering culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
3+ years of progressive software engineering/platform engineering/infrastructure experience required.
Hands-on Kubernetes and containerized platform experience; Red Hat OpenShift preferred.
Experience administering MongoDB or PostgreSQL on Kubernetes environments.
Proficiency with Linux system administration.
Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitHub, Jenkins, Codefresh) and Git-based workflows.
Exposure to Infrastructure as Code and automation tooling (Helm, Ansible, Terraform).
Experience with monitoring/observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze, support, and maintain IT platforms owned by the INFOPS Application Development team.
Provide day-to-day operations support for Kubernetes-based platforms and shared data services.
Maintain GitHub Enterprise, including repos, access controls, and policies.
Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Codefresh across environments.
Support Artifactory repository management and integration with pipelines.
Contribute to GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and environment-specific config.
Collaborate with senior engineers and partner teams on developer toolchain requirements.
Participate in on-call rotations and adhere to agile practices.
