Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Platform Engineer to join the Cost Allocation: FOUNDATIONAL SERVICES team in Chandler, AZ. You will design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms and operators to support enterprise applications, leveraging EKS/AKS/GKE, Helm, and ArgoCD to enable scalable delivery.

You will collaborate with IAM, secrets management, and networking teams while applying SRE practices, SLOs, and robust monitoring to ensure system resiliency and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes platforms, operators, and controllers.
• Familiarity with cloud-managed Kubernetes services such as EKS, AKS, and GKE.
• Knowledge of GitOps, CI/CD, Helm, and ArgoCD deployment tools.
• Background in enterprise integrations, including IAM, secrets, and networking.
• Exposure to SRE practices, resiliency, SLOs, and monitoring techniques.
