Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC in Austin, TX seeks a seasoned DevOps/SRE professional to design, implement, and optimize containerized platforms and CI/CD pipelines. You will drive infrastructure as code (Terraform) and Kubernetes platform engineering, ensuring robust deployment strategies and scalable monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain OpenShift-based platforms, manage Rancher/RKE clusters, and integrate Argo CD into automated release

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with containerization, Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Proficient with IaC tools like Terraform for infrastruture provisioning.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Helm for Kubernetes package management.
Familiarity with monitoring tools Prometheus and Grafana.
Working knowledge of RKE (Rancher Kubernetes Engine) and Rancher for Kubernetes cluster management.
Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with Terraform and Argo CD.
Familiarity with Jira for agile project tracking, issue management, and sprint planning.
Experience with deployment strategies such as blue-green and canary.
Platform Design Document: Detailed architecture for the OpenShift platform and supporting services.
