Job summary

Summit Wealth Group in Colorado Springs is seeking a Platform & Custodian Coordinator to manage custodial platform support and technology administration. The role requires strong Orion experience, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and will be responsible for onboarding new advisors and maintaining documentation for compliance. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of operations experience at an RIA, broker-dealer, or wealth management firm.
• Hands-on Orion experience in account setup and managing integrations with custodians.
• High attention to detail in a regulated, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary internal contact for custodial platform support and issue resolution.
• Administer and maintain core firm platforms including CRM and data integrity.
• Deliver platform training to new hires, existing staff, and incoming advisors.
