Job summary

Tagup seeks a hands-on Architect who will own the core platform architecture for ingesting and acting on billions of data points from the physical world. You will design scalable REST APIs and microservices, and mentor engineers while delivering robust ETL pipelines and reliable deployments.

You’ll collaborate with PhD data scientists and operators, owning architectural domains from API design to deployment strategies in a fast-moving, open-standards environment.

Qualifications

• Architectural thinking that evolves with customer scale and storage/compute needs.
• Mentor junior engineers and set coding standards for the team.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and APIs for complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect the core platform to ingest, process, and act on billions of data points from the physical world.
• Design high‑performance REST APIs and microservices powering the Manifest platform.
• Build robust ETL pipelines to ingest diverse industrial sensor data at scale.
• Drive monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD with a focus on 99.99% availability.
