Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions is seeking a Platform Architect (Administration Lead with Management) to define and drive enterprise cloud and data platform architecture in Plano, TX. You will lead multi-technology teams, implement automation and CI/CD, and oversee security, governance, and incident management.

The role requires hands-on Azure and Databricks administration, plus expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, Informatica, and BI tools like Power BI/Tableau.

In the assigned Job Role of Platform Architect (Administration Lead with Management)

Required Skill and Experience

• Architecture and administration experience with Cloud Platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)
• Define and implement enterprise platform architecture for cloud, data, integration, and analytics platforms
• Experience with platform automation, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud security, networking, and identity management
• Lead and mentor platform administrators and engineers across multiple technology stacks
• Manage platform operations, incident management, and change governance
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, development teams, and business stakeholders
• Define and implement enterprise platform architecture for cloud, data, integration, and analytics platforms.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure platform solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Establish best practices for platform architecture, governance, and security.
• Lead technology roadmap and platform modernization initiatives.
• Implement network architecture, identity management, security frameworks, and cost optimization strategies.
• Proven experience as Platform Architect / Solution Architect
• Technical leadership and stakeholder management
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure and Databricks Admin.
• Ability to lead multi-technology platform teams
• Establish platform monitoring, observability, and automated alerting frameworks.
• Drive automation through Infrastructure-as-Code / Terraform, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement capacity planning, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies.
• Deliver platform health metrics, risk assessments, and operational reports.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms
• Certifications in cloud architecture (Azure/AWS) preferred
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks
• ITIL knowledge for service management and operations governance
• Web Services Integration technologies including Informatica and Oracle WebLogic Server
• Oversee administration and architecture of BI platforms including Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of All platforms
• Ensure adherence to SLA, compliance, and operational standards
• Provide architectural oversight and administration for integration platforms such as Informatica and Oracle WebLogic Server.
• Ensure robust middleware Platform stability, and performance optimization
• Managed Kubernetes cluster and workload including network architecture
