Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Platemaker - Operative in Wisconsin to produce plates and ensure product quality using QC tools. You will prepare imaged products for shipment and maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on a 2-2-3 straight night shift (6pm-6am).

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities.
• Support and participate in department process improvement and safety initiatives.
• Promote safety culture by communicating safety concerns to coworkers and management.
• Notify supervisors of quality concerns or issues.
• Learn the platemaking schedule and how to use it properly.
• Perform plate processing and inspection.
• Enter production data into a database.
• Prepare plates for storage or shipment to other facilities.
• Troubleshoot problems while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.
• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Platemaker - Operative is responsible for producing plates and ensure the quality of the finished product through the utilization of QC tools/software. Prepare all of our imaged products for shipment, in a manner that will insure the integrity and quality of the imaged product.

SCHEDULE

Work a 2-2-3 straight night shift from 6pm-6am

COMPENSATION

Starting pay based on experience from $29.69-$31.34/hour + $1.20 premium!

• Maintain a respectful and collaborative work environment
