Job summary

Propelis in Florence, KY is hiring a 3rd shift Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker), an entry level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing. Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am. Starting pay is $21/hour + $1/hour shift differential with two 50-cent increases over the first year after competency assessments.

We provide fully paid, on-the-job training in a team-oriented environment to help you succeed. You will learn multiple aspects of our unique manufacturing process and participate in two

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive on-the-job training in Propelis' manufacturing processes.
• Learn multiple aspects of the production workflow in a climate-controlled environment.
• Participate in performance/wage reviews within the first year based on performance.
