Job summary

ABB is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement for plastic materials and molded components in our Senatobia, Mississippi operations. You will coordinate with category leadership, manage RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.

This onsite role requires strong Excel, SAP, and Power BI skills and collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience; manufacturing background preferred.
• Experience with plastics materials or molded components preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement for thermoset and thermoplastic materials, including RFQs, supplier communications, purchase orders, and delivery issue resolution aligned with sourcing strategies.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and risk, coordinating with Quality and Engineering to resolve operational issues and maintain accurate supplier and order data.
• Maintain, report and analyze procurement data utilizing Excel, SAP, Power BI, PowerPoint and KPI dashboards to track delivery performance, spend, order fulfillment, and support cost and supplier evaluations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing while ensuring compliance with ABB procurement policies, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
