Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years manufacturing experience in plastics technology or similar technical area.
• Clear communication of technical system issues.
• Strong mechanical maintenance experience with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical reliability to meet OEE and quality targets.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and changesovers with minimal downtime.
• Document maintenance actions and parts usage for SAP.
• Identify and repair complex mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Work with vendors/contractors as needed and ensure safety practices.
• Support equipment installation and program changes, and train operators.
• Promote housekeeping and GMP practices to exceed expectations.
• Communicate progress and improvement ideas to management and maintenance teams.
