Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating automated manufacturing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook for communication and documentation.
• Self-starter able to work efficiently with limited supervision.
• Availability to work holidays (generous holiday pay).
• Ability to follow production schedules and department procedures.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift materials as needed throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a high-paced production environment.
