Job summary

Drug Plastics & Glass Company Inc. in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Material Handler for the 3rd shift (Sun night–Thu night 11:00 pm–7:30 am) with rotating overtime.

The role ensures proper transfer of plastic material to machines for processing and supports a clean, temperature-controlled work environment. You will read and follow Drug Plastics Operating Procedures (200 Series) for material handling, maintain material flow to molding processes, and contribute to safety and efficiency on the

Qualifications

• Good mathematical skills for basic calculations.
• Read and understand MSDS information and apply it correctly.
• Ability to sort and classify material accurately.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Must provide own basic mechanic hand tools to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and clean machines on the production floor.
• Keep machines, hoses and work areas clean and organized.
• Make material and color changes in a timely manner.
• Maintain a proper flow of material to molding processes.
• Rotate raw material and components as required.
• Read and follow Drug Plastics Operating Procedures (200 Series) for Material Handling.
