Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated leadership in plastics manufacturing environments, including injection molding.
• Experience managing multi-shift operations (24/5 or 24/7).

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-shift team to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive operational and quality excellence in injection molding and extrusion.
• Develop annual production budgets and manage financial performance.
