Job summary

Primary Talent Partners, LLC is seeking a Plastics Manufacturing Associate in Indianapolis, IN for a 12-month contract with potential extension. The role operates robotic plastic injection molding machines on a 3rd shift schedule (10:30 PM–7:00 AM, Mon–Fri) under a W2 arrangement with no PTO or benefits.

Responsibilities include running multiple machines, inspecting and packaging parts, and reporting quality issues.

Qualifications

• Basic math, attention to detail, and basic computer skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/injection molding; handling small parts preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team orientation and records maintenance.

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Plastics Manufacturing Associate with a multinational science and technology company in Indianapolis, IN. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay:

$19.80/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Schedule:

Shift - 3rd - 10:30PM-7AM (M-F)

Description

Plastic Manufacturing Associate for 24/7 operation of robotic plastic injection molding machines.

Job responsibilities include:

• Ability to run one to five machines at a time, visual inspection and packaging of parts, operating auto load assembly machines, and inspection of packaging products.
• Identify and report any quality issues to appropriate persons.

Qualified individuals will have the following:

• Basic math, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and working with a sense of urgency.
• Previous work in a manufacturing environment and/or Injection Molding experience, handling small/delicate parts and medical/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability and desire to work in a team orientated environment, quality conscious, and an aptitude for maintaining records
