Job summary

Kärcher is seeking a Rotational Molding Operator in Colorado to start up, run, and shut down rotational molding machines and to manage mold changes while meeting production schedules.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in related work, 3+ years in rotational molding preferred, and can operate forklifts, lifts, control panels, scales, and various power tools. A high school diploma or GED is required. The role involves standing most of the shift and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience, with at least 3 years specifically in rotational molding.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, frequently walk/reach, and regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills, strong hand-eye coordination, solid basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Start up, operate (manually and automatically), and shut down rotational molding machines, making program changes as necessary to produce parts according to exact specifications.
• Balance and change out molds on each arm proficiently while keeping production timelines on track.
• De-flash and thoroughly inspect parts coming off the rotomold machine to ensure company quality standards.
• Safely maneuver material handling equipment (scissor-lift platforms, stand-up forklifts, weight scales) and operate various hand/power tools (routers, drills, band saws, hand grinders, impact wrenches).
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace near moving mechanical parts while using required PPE in a high-noise environment.

Job description

The salary range for this position is $20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Basic computer skills, strong hand-eye coordination, solid basic math skills (addition, subtraction, measurements), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
