Job summary

Laird Plastics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Baton Rouge, LA to build and nurture customer relationships, quote, process orders, and support growth across plastics products. You will work with the sales team to increase market share and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, persistence, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. A HS diploma is required; a BA/BS in Business or related field is preferred. Plastics industry experience is a plus.

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

• Experience in sales or plastics industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow book of business.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up after order closure for satisfaction.
• Provide product information to inquiring customers.
• Place outbound calls to new and existing accounts to identify opportunities.
