100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Injection Molding Operator to load and process parts, perform in-process inspections, and ensure quality before packaging. You will document production metrics, handle secondary operations, and support teammates to maintain high throughput.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, no prior experience required, and a strong attention to detail. Training is provided; candidates must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and communicate clearly.

What a Night on the Floor Looks LikeWhen your shift starts, you head to your assigned press, review the work instructions and master samples, and scan any process alerts or procedure updates. You open the machine gate, remove newly molded parts, trim them, and inspect each one against the MCP before any parts move to packing. You’ll keep production humming by running the machine steadily, lending a hand at nearby workstations when needed, and performing any secondary operations or rework required to keep quality on track.Throughout the night, you document your output: counts of conforming parts, scrap/rejects, and any downtime. Your goal? Consistently beat our production standards while never compromising quality or safety.
