Job summary

Avient is seeking a Co-op in the Application Development & Technical Service (ADTS) to collaborate with local teams and gain broad exposure to Avient’s technologies and businesses through rotations at different locations.

The ADTS Co-op will participate in in-house testing and mold trials, travel to customer facilities for product validation, and assist with engineered thermoplastics recommendations, education on design, and problem resolution as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local ADTS teams to participate in engineering activities during rotations at different locations.
• Perform in-house application development testing and internal mold trials, and travel to customer facilities for product validation.
• Recommend Engineered Thermoplastics for customer applications, optimize customer processes, and provide education on design and tooling.
