Job summary

High Country Plastics in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a hands-on Plastic Trimming Operator to contribute to high-quality products across RV, Marine, and Custom markets. You will trim, finish, inspect, and assemble molded parts in a fast-paced production environment, upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to read prints, operate basic fabrication tools, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read prints and production specifications.
• Experience using manufacturing tools and machinery preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads.

Responsibilities

• Assist Primary Operators with trimming and finishing molded plastic products.
• Use routers, saws, air tools, and other equipment to complete final product finishing.
• Assemble components using glue, sonic welders, and additional materials as required.
• Inspect products for quality defects and report issues to supervisors.
• Verify prints, specifications, and production orders for accuracy.
• Properly stack and organize parts to prevent damage.
• Maintain production pace and support other operations when needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Contribute to a positive and safety-focused production environment.
