• Types of Cases: Bread-and-butter non-cosmetic plastic surgery
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~60-90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
• Certifications Required: Board certification/Board eligible
• Licensure Required: Arizona license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
