The role offers a guaranteed salary with a 3% annual cost-of-living adjustment, and a generous bonus structure tied to practice profits. The position involves Monday–Friday hours from 8 a.m.

to 5 p.m. with no on-call requirements, and opportunities to precept medical students and residents.

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of plastic surgery fellowship.
• Board-certified physician or eligibility with board certification within 5 years; Georgia Medical License or IMLC participation.

Responsibilities

• Provide plastic and reconstructive surgical care.
• Precept medical students and residents.
• Collaborate with the Surgery Center and Medicine Clinic staff to ensure patient-centered care.
