Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care across facilities in the network.
• Deliver wound management training and a wound fellowship.
• Collaborate to implement wound modalities and technologies.
• Maintain real-time clinical documentation during rounds using our wound-specific EMR.
• Participate in weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Conduct patient care in post-acute settings (SNF/LTACH).
• Engage in a mobile practice visiting facilities within 40–60 miles.
• See 20–30 patients per day across 2–3 facilities.

Full-Time Plastic Surgeon Position in Providence, RI with National Wound Physician Group. Clinical satisfaction, autonomy and flexibility, work-life balance. No nights, no call, no weekend clinical responsibilities. Become an expert in wound management, learn from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in facilities across a wide network.
• Deliver physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship to develop clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with a team to implement wound care modalities and technologies.
• Maintain real-time clinical documentation at the point of care during rounds using our wound-specific EMR.
• Participate in weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Conduct patient care in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Engage in a mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
• See approximately 20–30 patients per day across 2–3 facilities per day.

Practice Overview

• Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday (7am–4pm); part-time options available.
• No call and no weekend clinical responsibilities.

• Part-time role: minimum 3 days per week; Full-time role: 4–5 days per week.
• W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship).
