MercyOne Plastic Surgery in Des Moines, IA, seeks a BE/BC Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to join a well-established practice with a built-in referral network and new consults arriving weekly.

The opportunity includes a $100,000 sign-on, a 2-year income guarantee, paid malpractice and a 403(b) match, with block time in ACS and Hospital OR, and APP support in OR/Inpatient/Clinic. This is a premium, full-spectrum surgical service in Central Iowa.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
• ACPA designation is preferred or required.
• New consults arriving weekly in a well-established practice.

Responsibilities

• Full spectrum practice: reconstructive, melanoma, microvascular, facial trauma & cosmetic procedures.
• Block time in ACS and Hospital OR.
• APP support in OR/Inpatient/Clinic.
• Collaborative relationships with Breast, Neuro, Oncology and Bariatric surgeons.
