Skilled Wound Care in Alexandria, LA is seeking a Plastic Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives, perform debridement, and manage chronic wounds in skilled nursing facilities. This role offers autonomy, avoids corporate overhead, and focuses on patient care in a no-call, Monday–Friday setting.

Plastic Surgeon Salary & Compensation

• Average Annual Earnings: 200,000–250,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
• High Achievers: Top performers earn $300,000+ through performance bonuses

Plastic Surgeon Schedule

We offer consistent weekday schedules with no nights or weekends, in part-time or full-time options:

• Part-Time: 2–3 days per week
• Full-Time: 4–5 days per week

Plastic Surgeon Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one
• Open Background: We welcome Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and surgeons of all backgrounds, as well as Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians. No previous wound care experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training
