  • Produce high-quality products while meeting daily goals and following safety and efficiency processes.
  • Master essential press functions, including opening/closing molds and purging materials.
  • Manage the setup and shutdown of machinery for optimal performance.
  • Store molded products in labeled containers to maintain organization.
  • Prepare resin dryers by cleaning out previous materials, loading new ones, and adjusting settings.
  • Conduct routine cleaning and inspection of equipment to meet 5S and TPM standards.
  • Record and submit accurate production and quality data, ensuring operational excellence.

Job Title: Plastic Press Operator

We’re on the hunt for dependable, detail-focused individuals to join our Whitewater, Wisconsin manufacturing team as Plastic Injection Molding Operators. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with high-tech machinery and a team that takes pride in quality, collaboration, and a little bit of quirky genius.

In this role, you’ll operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines, inspect finished parts for quality, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. This is an active position where you'll spend much of your shift on your feet, moving throughout the work area as you monitor production, handle materials, and keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Every day, you’ll play an important role in producing high-quality product!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail for production processes in the work environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions along with performing basic math calculations.
  • Ability to work at an established production level as appropriate to the job.
  • Ability to lift loads of up to 50 pounds and can stand for long periods.
  • Ability to use problem-solving to identify and follow safety protocols.
  • Good physical mobility and ability to perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must use personal protection equipment whenever relevant.
WHAT SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE?

Monday through Friday shifts

  • 7:00am-3:00pm (1st Shift)
WAGE RANGE:

WAGE RANGE: $19.50
