Energy Jobline ZR in Indiana seeks a Set-Up/Process Technician for a fast-paced plastic injection molding operation. You will set up molds, run machines, change tooling, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment while keeping safety and quality front and center.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' hands-on experience in plastic injection molding.
• Set-ups, changeovers, tooling, machine maintenance.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Adhere to company safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift frequently.

Responsabilidades

• Installing the correct molds/inserts into the correct machines.
• Prepping and mixing raw materials for production.
• Cleaning dryers, grinders, machine hoppers; organizing tools after changeover.
• Changing tools according to model needs.
• Changing machine fan filters and using the correct tools.
• Responding to machine alarms and reporting issues to Plant Manager.
• Fixing part defects and machine faults.
• Adding oil and lubricating fluid to machines as needed.
• Communicating effectively with machine operators and Quality.
• Adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements.
